Rutabaga Fries (4 servings)

Ingredients:

1 large Rutabaga

1 tbsp. olive oil

2 tsp. onion powder

2 tsp. garlic powder

2 tsp. sea salt

2 tsp. ground pepper

Directions:

  1. Peel the skin off the Rutabaga and cut off the roots on the end.
  2. Cut the Rutabaga into thin fry-like strips. The smaller you cut them the faster they will cook and the crispier they will be. (Be careful it is very hard to cut!)
  3. Toss in a bowl with olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt and ground pepper.
  4. Place on a baking pan and bake for 1 hour on 375 degrees or until crispy.
