In a rush to make a quick, delicious and helathy meal? Try this Bun–less burger that takes under 10 min to prepare!

1 sweet potato
2 tbsp. olive oil for cooking
1. Peel the onion and cut so that you have long onion-ring shaped pieces. Add them to the stove on medium eat to begin carmelizing them.
2. Peel the sweet potato and shred both the potatoe and turnips in a food processor. Once shredded, add to a seperate pan on the stove with 1 tbsp. olive oil. Cook on high, stirring occasionally.
3. Form the beef into 4 patties and add them to a third pan to cook on the stove with 1 tbsp olive oil. Cover the pan so it will cook faster and evenly on both sides.
(Allow the onions and potato shreds to cook until starting to turn brown, once they are done place ontop of burger and voilà!!)
