Blueberry Almond Crumble (6 servings)

This is a mouth watering must try! I also need a little somethign sweet after dinner and this is a great guilt-free treat!

Ingredients:

3 cups of fresh blueberries

2 tbsp. lemon juice

1 cup almond meal

¼ cup chopped walnuts

3 tbsp. coconut oil

2 tbsp. Agave maple syrup or honey

1 tsp. cinnamon

 Directions:

  1. Pour the fresh blueberries in a 9in by 9in pan. Top the blueberries with 1 tbsp. lemon juice.
  2. In a bowl, combine 1 cup almond meal, ¼ cup chopped walnuts, 3 tbsp. coconut oil, 2 tbsp. agave maple syrup, cinnamon and 1 tbsp. lemon juice. Mix until it forms a dry crumble.
  3. Spread the crumble evenly over the blueberries and bake on 350 degrees for 30 min or until golden brown on the top.
