4 cups Kale leaves
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. basil
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
Sea salt and pepper to taste
- Dry the Kale leaves with a paper towel and place on a baking sheet.
- Spray 1 tbsp. olive oil evenly on the kale leaves.
- Sprinkle the basil, Italian seasoning, sea salt and pepper on the kale.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes on 350 degrees or until crispy.
