Kale Chips

Ingredients:

4 cups Kale leaves

1 tbsp. olive oil

2 tbsp. basil

2 tbsp. Italian seasoning

Sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Dry the Kale leaves with a paper towel and place on a baking sheet.
  2. Spray 1 tbsp. olive oil evenly on the kale leaves.
  3. Sprinkle the basil, Italian seasoning, sea salt and pepper on the kale.
  4. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes on 350 degrees or until crispy.

Total Nutrition: 240 calories; 12g fat, 28g carb, 8g protein
