Looking for a fun and new workout to do at home without any equipment? Grab a deck of cards and use these body weight exercises for each card pulled:
A= Burpees
2= Triceps push-ups
3= Plank Twists
4= Sumo squat 
5= Lunge with oblique crunch
6= Squat Jacks
7= Double crunch
8= Plank-ups
9= Static lunge taps
10= Supermans
J= Squat with side kick
Q= Push-up with shoulder tap
K= Mountain climbers

**30 seconds each exercise, rest for 30 seconds every 5 cards pulled..see if you can work up to the whole deck!!
